President-elect Donald Trump continues to shape his White House senior staff by appointing four key members, three of whom are returning from his previous administration.
In an official statement, Trump announced the reappointment of Robert Gabriel Jr., Nicholas F. Luna, and William “Beau” Harrison to key positions.
Returning Members:
Robert Gabriel Jr. will serve as the assistant to the president for policy.
Nicholas F. Luna is appointed as the assistant to the president and deputy chief of staff for strategic implementation.
William “Beau” Harrison takes on the role of assistant to the president and deputy chief of staff for operations.
All three individuals have previously held various roles within Trump’s administration. Notably, Robert Gabriel Jr. has a background as an associate producer at Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle,” while Nicholas F. Luna has prior experience working with Vice President-elect JD Vance.
New Addition:
Joining the Trump White House team is Stanley E. Woodward Jr., who will act as the assistant to the president and senior counselor. Despite being a new addition to the team, Woodward is no stranger to the Trump universe. As a prominent lawyer, he has been involved in high-profile legal cases concerning key allies of the president-elect, as well as defendants linked to the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack.
Political commentator Kyle Cheney highlighted Woodward’s unexpected prominence in Trump’s legal affairs, quoting him as saying, “I’ll sleep when I’m dead,” reflecting Woodward’s tireless commitment to his responsibilities.
In previous announcements, Trump had appointed David Warrington to lead his White House legal team and named Susie Wiles as his chief of staff.
